All orders sent from us are fully tracked to delivery point. 

 When will I get my order?

 UK ORDERS

  • Standard Delivery: 2 - 3 days (Order Before 12pm for Same Day Dispatch) - £3.99

EUROPEAN ORDERS

  • International Tracked & Signed 3-4 Days: £12.00

USA ORDERS

  • International Tracked & Signed 5-7 Days: £15.00

CANADA ORDERS

  • International Tracked & Signed 5-7 Days: £15.00

AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND ORDERS

  • International Tracked & Signed 5-7 Days: £15.00

REST OF WORLD

  • International Tracked & Signed 5-7 Days: £15.00

 

Please note once your parcel is despatched from our warehouse into the delivery network we are no longer responsible for your parcel, use the tracking information provided to contact the Mail provider for updates on your parcel

 

Please note that the customers will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive.

When importing items to outside of the UK, this will always incur a customs inspection which we always provide the correct paperwork for. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.

We do not accept responsibility for any unclaimed international orders.

 All orders are sent on a tracked and signed for delivery service. You will be sent your tracking number as soon as the goods are dispatched. 

 The Important Part

  • We cannot be held responsible for parcels which have been requested by the customer to be left in a safe place
  • Please make sure when placing your order you input the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for your order being dispatched to the incorrect address you provide, once the orders are in the delivery network and have left our warehouse we have no ability to recall the order
  • Please make sure when placing your order you input the correct email address or contact number so you can receive your tracking information
  • We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of work
  • If you choose for your delivery to reach you at work please be certain that that someone will be there and available to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person
  • Please note you as the consumer own the Products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges
