It is always our aim to ensure your full satisfaction when purchasing any products from us, so if for any reason whatsoever you are unhappy with your items, you have the right to return your purchase for an exchange or a refund.
You must return your items within 14 days of the date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, and will post the items back to you.
When returning items we require that your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached, we will not accept garments back where the tag has been reattached, a reattached tag will void your ability to return your item and for us to refund your purchase
We also ask you to enclose the original invoice that is included in the order and any information/instructions that you wish us to complete, i.e. full refund or exchange for particular item.
If there is no information inside your parcel we cannot guarantee that your return will be dealt with as we require this information as part of our returns process.

Please note, if your purchase with us has been made through PayPal you can use the ‘return shipping on us’ process through PayPal to qualify for free shipping returns. Simply visit your PayPal activation page and follow the instructions.

Should you wish to make a return you will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Return postage costs are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty. If the goods are faulty we will refund you standard postage rates. We are unable to cover the extra costs should you wish to use another service i.e. express, next day or via a courier.
We are unable to accept responsibility for returned items without proof of postage.
