All orders are subject to payment processing times and orders are only despatched upon receipt of payment and confirmation. In some instances this can take up to 3 working days. Please note, the delivery timelines above are subject to changes beyond our control such as payment delays or courier delays. 

Once your order has been shipped the shipping times apply and you will receive a tracking number via email this will be sent to you directly from one of our delivery partners allowing you to track the progress of your delivery.  Import duties and VAT included.

Please be aware, once your order has been despatched and is in the delivery network we have no control over the parcel. We will provide you with all associated tracking information but it is your responsibility as the recipient of the parcel to track your order and confirm receipt from the courier service. Dènevos holds no responsibility for parcels that have been despatched into the network with full tracking information provided.
