Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Dènevos.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns policy to ensure your peace of mind.

1. Eligibility

- You may return eligible items purchased from Dènevos within 30 days of the delivery date indicated on your order confirmation.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn and in the same condition as received. With the exception of trying on the garment for size. 

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Contact our customer service team at support@denevos.com and put the your order number in the subject of the email and request a return, please state the reason for wanting to return or exchange your items within your email.

Our customer service team will process your return request. We do not provide labels for returns, items are to be returned by the customer and we recommend using a tracked service where appropriate for your items to be returned to our warehouse team.

- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include the order number provided by our customer service team.
- Ship the return package to the address provided.

3. Return Shipping

- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return is delivered to us safely.

4. Refunds

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

- We offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size please contact our customer service team at support@denevos.com to request and exchange. 

6. Exceptions

- Final sale items, including clearance or discounted items, are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Personalized or customized items may not be eligible for returns unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
